TJ and Christa moved to Kingston, Jamaica on January 3, 2006. Seven years later, and having started three churches, the Kimmel family moved back to America to establish CORE Missions.

As the Executive Director of CORE Missions, TJ travels several times each year to different countries to meet, train, and assist national pastors. He also hosts several mission trips each year to various countries.

While in the States, the Kimmel family travels the country speaking in churches, encouraging congregations to give more to world missions. Between international and domestic traveling, TJ works out of the home office in Atlanta, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the ministry.
