In 2016, while serving as a bi-vocational youth pastor and our pastor’s secretary, Tim and Lauren took a group from our church in Texas to Jamaica for the first time. It was there that they started to see the need for national pastors first-hand, and the unique ministry of CORE. Since then both Tim and Lauren have been involved with CORE Missions as continent coordinators, and then regional representatives. In April of 2018 the Lord started directing them to join the ministry full time.
Since moving to Georgia in May of 2019, Tim has taken on some of the responsibilities of the daily operations as the Director of Operations. Lauren is serving as the Accountability Coordinator, and oversees all of the bookkeeping and financial reports. Tim and Lauren also travel the United States presenting CORE to churches, and hosting missions trips overseas.
